Hi everyone. I officially changed my last name to Austin 2 years ago--long story. My wife, Shirley of 34 years and I live in North County of San Diego - Vista. Our son, Denny is married a local girl, Trina in 1995 ( they also live is Vista only abut 10 mins. away from us) and they have blessed us with 2 granddaughters Molly (6) and Gracie (4). Our daughter, Chrissi married a boy from Riverside, CA , Scott and they live in Riverside with our 2 precious grandsons Ryan (almost 5) and Travis (almost 2). We purchased a home on about 3/4 of an acre last August. I am much happier here. I really don't like city life but want to live close to the grandkids and kids so I will stay here. I received my teaching credential in 1980 and taught at Bryant for many years and was vice-principal at DP Elem. for a few years. I now teach 5th grade in Oceanside. I like to tell everyone I sleep with the school secretary, as Shirley is it. Love working together.
