I am a registered nurse living in the Seattle area. I am currently organizing a Dos Palos Alumni Association. Any and all persons who graduated from Dos Palos High school are considered members. I am not sure of how much interest there is for this organization. The DPHS Alumni will exist to award scholarships to DPHS grads. Thinking about asking for a $10.00 yearly dues. Yep, still in Oregon, still in Cottage Grove. My oldest is in San Francisco, going to SFSU…working her way through college as a Bartendress. My youngest is a senior in high school; and, will graduate this June. She will no longer be going into the military…she has done a 360 in that she is now very involved in the Women’s movement, voicing opinion in the political world, working to limit time Military Personnel are allowed to be on campuses; and basically, following in her Ma’s foot steps! Whew!! I am working as a Care Assistant a few hours each month; and, am a broker for the nation’s # 1 Discount Health Benefits Company. It started out with dental, prescription, vision, and chiropractic discounts; and, has recently tackled the medical field…Consumer driven Health Care! Just updating my email address. I've been retired for almost 4 months! So far so good, but wondering how it will be in the long run. Just want to update you on my whereabouts. We've moved from Oakhurst to Fresno, where I know some of you live. Our daughter Natalie is going to University High School here, and we wanted to be closer for her sake.

I came back to DP in 1984, married Bob Yonkers in 1986. He had 2 kids, I had 2 kids and between us we had about 10 with all of the "adopted" ones. Now we have 5 grandchildren with a new one due in June, plus a few "adopted" ones. Currently we are raising one of those grandchildren and are feeling a bit overwhelmed at times. Would love to hear from everyone. Looking forward to the class reunion this summer. Date: 2/20/99

Hello everyone! I'm still living in the Atlanta, GA area and have been here since 1979 after my stint in the Air Force. I've worked for Delta Airlines now going on 21 years and am currently a Boeing 767 captain, flying domestic routes. This allows me a chance to visit California once in awhile which is a real treat. My wife, Addlyn, and I have been married 21 years. She still teaches special education classes at one of our local elementary school. We have two children. Brooke is our 18 year old daughter and is a freshman at Auburn University in Alabama. Scott, our son, is 16 and a high school sophomore. I would like to hear from classmates and friends. Hello alum. We family live in Fresno, CA. I am in the environmental services business and my wife, Sandra (Washington Union, 1969) is an educational aid for the Fresno Unified School District. I was a lazy underachiever when I attended Dos Palos High, but that was then and this is now. I left the area in 1972, and moved a little south of Chicago to Kankakee, Ill. I worked in factories for a while until I was recommended for a position teaching guitar at a local music store from my guitar teacher at the time. I taught guitar lessons and played in bands in the Chicago area until January of 1981. I then moved to Lexington, Kentucky where it was much warmer.

I also taught music and played in bands around the Lexington area until May of 1983. I really loved Kentucky but my wife to be transferred to Sherman, Texas where I am today making a living as a full time musician. I also give lessons on the Bass Guitar, Mandolin, Five String Banjo, and Pedal Steel Guitar. I have two college degrees in Electronics, one from Grayson County College, and one from Southeastern Oklahoma State U. Would love to hear from any old friends who might see this. 2/20/00

"Hello" to all you Broncos...I finally got married in '95 to a wonderful, young lady named Lisa...We have 2 boys, Joe will be 3 in Jan., and Jake turned 1 in Sept..I have added words like "poop" and "poddy" to my vocab. and am loving it!...We live in central Oregon...I am a teaching pro at a golf club here in Bend...Lisa is a pharmacist at the hospital...{.Kathy Krippner's daughter just started working there...small world} Kathy is the one who tracked me down and informed me of this noble organization...good job guys!...I'd like very much to hear from any or all especially "Brown and Blue", Marv and Bill "Bam Bam" ..Happy Holidays to All...and to all a good night.
