2.1 With particular attention to English, reading and mathematics, meet the specific numerical targets for each assessment tool and increase student performance on the following assessments:

2.1.2 CAHSEE
2.1.3 CELDT
2.1.4 A-G Requirements
2.2 Prepare more students for college entry as measured by students completing the following: A-G Requirements, PSAT, SAT, ACT
2.3 Increase the staff’s proficiency in improving the achievement of English Language Learners and Special Education Students
3.0 EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE USE OF DISTRICT RESOURCES
3.1 Maintain fiscal solvency
3.2 Attract, retain and compensate all employees competitively
3.3 Track the use of Instructional Technology with particular attention to the use of IT in the instructional program
3.4 Anticipate the long-term replacement, additions and repair needs of technology
4.0 SUPPORT CAREER TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION THROUGH ACADEMIC AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING
