Goals/ By-Laws
1. To provide meetings, fellowship and ski trips for interested students.
2. To better the skills of the skiers of the club as a whole.
3. To learn the many different ways a sport, especially skiing, can benefit the well being of anyone and for those students who can't ski otherwise.
4. To keep students interested in maintaining their GPA and Discipline level in order to participate.
PURPOSE OF CLUB: To foster an interest in the outdoors through the enjoyment of skiing. Underlying this purpose is the need for students to be physically fit. Also, there is an obligation to show the student that he/she can accomplish in proportion to what he attempts.
Criteria:
- Your student must maintain a GPA of at least 2.0
- If your student has more than 2 referrals they must get the permission of the Vice-Principal in order to attend trips.
- Your student also must maintain their attendance (no more than 6 unverified/unexcused absences), in order to attend trips.
