Mr. Strickland was born at Darlene Oklahoma and soon mooved to Livingston California, where he grew up and attended high school. Soon after he went to Stanislaus State where he got his degree in Chemistry and Biology. During College he worked at Tri Valley growing cannery. He started teaching in Dos Palos in 1983. If Mr. Strickland could teach another course it would be Math or Marine Biology. What he likes about teaching is that he can watch his students grow into fine young men and women. He is disappointed in those who don't live up to their potential.
