Mrs. Hogue

 

Mrs. Hogue is the Dos Palos Graphics Art Teacher. She has been teaching in Dos Palos for about five years. Mrs. Hogue was born in May 1964, in Fresno. She grew up in Dos Palos and graduated from the Dos Palos High School. Her father was a teacher in the Dos Palos High School, he worked as a Science Teacher for more then twenty-five years. After she graduated from High School she went to the CSU Fresno where she received a B. A. in Industrial Arts, Graphic Design and Advertising. In 1990 Mrs. Hogue moved to Seattle, Washington, where she worked as a designer for a Contract Food Company, as a Graphic Designer. There she designed logos, sign age, menus and was an interior designer. Before she became a Freelance designer she worked as a Marketing Director for a Law Firm. Later she became a substitute teacher.

In 2001 Mrs. Hogue moved Back to Dos Palos. This was when she decided to become a full time teacher. She became the Graphic Arts Program teacher at Dos Palos High School. She has been teaching at the Dos Palos High School for five years.

Mrs. Hogue has two children, her son a daughter. She has many pets including her hermit crabs, fishes, a cat and a dog. Mrs. Hogue's favorite hobbies ar when she spends time with her family. She also enjoys singing and playing her guitar in a band called Tommy and the Cruisers. The money they gain from performing they use it for band instruments for the school district and she teaches guitar lessons.
