SECTION 1
Lesson 1.4: Creating Macros

Although macros are code-driven, you don’t need to know a single line of Visual Basic code to create them. First, switch to the database window. Then, click Macros and click New.

Now, the macro window will open. It’s like a table: just choose the action you want performed and set the details at the bottom of the window.

The advantage of this table format is that you can easily set multiple actions to be performed right after each other.

Now, use the Save button on the Macro Design toolbar to save your macro into the database. You will be prompted for a macro name, and then your macro is done!
