Course Description:
This course is designed
to introduce keyboarding skills on the computer and then computer applications
using Microsoft Office. The content of the course will include proper
keyboarding fundamentals, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and slideshow
presentation.

Course Objectives:
The objectives of this
course are for students to learn proper keyboarding fundamentals, to become
familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
that will be useful to them their entire life.

Evaluation:
Students
turn in assignments weekly. These assignments are evaluated and returned in a
timely manner with a computerized grade print out.
90-100 = A
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
69- 60 = D
