On March 31st through April 2nd, the seniors in James Strickland’s physics classes will be going on a field trip to scenic Catalina Island. It is there that the students will be performing many fun yet educational activities such as nature hikes and snorkeling. On the morning of March 31st the students will bused via school or charter buses to the LA Harbor. It is there where the students will board a ship that will take them to Emerald Bay. On the itinerary given to the students prior to the trip, a lot of interesting activities have been planned, Some activities include wildlife labs to test and expand the students knowledge of the flora and fauna found on Catalina Island and physics activities like nature hikes and kayak journeys. |
