Whose Tattoos are these?

Lately tattoos have been very popular, not only in movies or television shows but also in schools. Here in Dos Palos many people have tats. We’ve talked to a few students on DPHS campus about their experiences with their cool tattoos!

Patty, Senior, got her star tattoo this recent December. She said she got it because she was bored. She wasn’t scared at all! She had fun because her good friend Cheto was there for her!

Jesse E., Senior, got his tribal tattoo at the end of August last year. He said “It didn’t hurt all that bad but it was a really annoying pain!” His reason for getting his tat was just a high school memory!

Alisha H., Sophomore, got two tattoos, one of the San Jose Shark and the other saying San Jose 408. She said “They hurt a bit but pain doesn’t faze me.” When she got her first one she was nervous but not scared! The meaning of her San Jose 408 tattoo is to remind her of her hometown and where she will be buried when she dies. “The San Jose Shark is just the logo of San Jose that looks extremely sick!”
