CUPCCAA PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS FOR THE 2026 CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT (CUPCCAA) INFORMAL BID LIST
DOS PALOS – ORO LOMA JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Dos Palos – Oro Loma Joint Unified School District has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Procedures (CUPCCAA) under Public Contract Code §22000 et seq.
The district invites all interested, licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion on the District’s Informal Bidding Contractors List for 2026.
About CUPCCAA
By adopting CUPCCAA, the District is authorized to use an Informal Bidding process for construction projects valued at $200,000 or less.
To be eligible to participate in the District’s Informal Bidding process, contractors must complete and submit a CUPCCAA Registration Form.
Contractor Requirements
- All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding procedures.
- Contractors must hold a current and active California contractor’s license for each trade category requested.
- All licenses will be verified through the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
- Pursuant to SB 854, no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid or awarded a public works contract unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) per Labor Code section 1725.5.
Registration Period
The district will accept CUPCCAA Registration Forms for the year 2026 on an ongoing basis.
