The Educational Services Department at Dos Palos Oro Loma Joint Unified School District works to help all students do their best in school. We make sure that teachers have what they need to teach well and that students get the help they need to succeed. Our job is to improve learning for everyone.

What We Do:

  • Curriculum and Lessons: We create lessons that meet state standards and help all students learn, no matter where they are in their education.
  • Teacher Support and Training: We provide training to teachers and staff to help them get better at teaching, learn about new tools and technology, and stay up to date on the best ways to help students learn.
  • Student Testing and Data: We give students tests and look at the results to see where they need more help. This helps us improve how we teach and offer extra support when needed.
  • Special Education: We make sure students with disabilities get the services and support they need, like special plans (IEPs), so they can succeed in school.
  • English Learner Support: We have programs to help students who are learning English so they can improve their language skills and do well in school.
  • Extra Learning Programs: We offer extra help, like tutoring, after-school programs, and summer school, for students who need more support.
  • Using Technology in the Classroom: We help teachers use technology in their lessons to make learning more fun and to prepare students for the future.
  • Student Support Services: We care about students’ well-being and offer counseling, college and career advice, and activities outside of school to help them grow and succeed.
